Service Coordinator (Planner) - Wrotham, Kent Must drive due to location Monday - Friday - No Weekends! 26,000 + 1,000 OTEAre you a pro at juggling schedules, solving problems, and keeping customers happy? Join a friendly and supportive team as a Service Coordinator, where you'll be the heartbeat of the service operation-scheduling and supporting 10 engineers across the North of England. What you'll do:

• Book and manage service appointments with precision
• Liaise directly with engineers to keep things moving smoothly
• Deliver top-tier customer service every time
• Keep an eye on stock and service levels to ensure a first-time fix

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised, proactive, and cool under pressure
• Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination (a big plus!)
