You will be a professional, calm, and approachable individual with experience in a security, stewarding, customer service, or other public-facing operational role. You will be confident dealing with a wide range of people and situations, including incidents or emergencies, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Essential requirements include:

A good standard of education (minimum 5 GCSEs / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).

Experience in a public-facing operational role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to apply policies and procedures fairly and proportionately.

A full UK driving licence.

Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks.

Willingness to undertake SIA training if required and to maintain First Aid at Work certification.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
