Successful candidates will bring senior-level experience and sound judgement, with the ability to analyse complex issues and contribute to effective decision-making. We are particularly interested in individuals with experience of organisational transformation, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, communications technology and/or cyber technologies. You will be able to work collaboratively, provide independent challenge when required and demonstrate a strong commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism.
Candidates must have Welsh language skills at Level 4 or above, with interviews being conducted principally through the medium of Welsh. Support will be available for successful candidates wishing to further develop their Welsh language skills. Desirable experience includes educational leadership, digital product development, cyber technologies, practitioner experience within an educational setting and lived experience as part of a disadvantaged or underrepresented group.
